Ahhh, interesting! I could stand to hear a little more!

I have a degenerative nueromusclar disease called CMT. It's difficult for me to shift the bike, with my foot, obviously . I can't lift my foot well, much less bend it in an upward movement to shift the gears. I have a TL1000E, and it's almost impossible to ride that bike. Sorry, I digress, so, I haven't ridden it much. If I do decide to sell, I will let you know, if you'd like.

I'm so sorry to hear about your disease and its effect on your ability to ride; I think I know exactly what you're talking about in regard to your condition. About 20 years ago I used to work as a tech at a prosthetics/orthotics clinic in town and built a lot of AFO braces for people with dorsiflexion problems. Anyhow, if you do decide you want to sell it, I'd be very pleased if you let me know. If I did wind up buying it, you would be able to rest assured that it went to a caring, loving home. 2012 is still Gen II so 2013+ for both. I think heated grips were standard around 2010 or so.
