I think we all had a fun time on the Bodega Bay / Skaggs Springs Run.

Sunday April 6th

This is not as technically challenging but the flowers will be in bloom and spring will be in the air. The ride will take us up through the Capay Valley ( a stop at Cache Creek Casino ), over to Clearlake for lunch and then down through the Pope Valley. We will then parallel Lake Berryessa and then end at Moskowitz Corners.

Leave the Starbucks on North Texas Street at 10:00 am

Head north on Pleasant Valley Road until we connect with Hwy 128

Turn right and ride over to Winters.

Take County Road 89 (parallels I 505) and ride north to Hwy 16

Turn left on Hwy 16 and ride to Cache Creek Casino (stop for gas and a pull on the slot machines if you desire) this is our first stop and wait for the group.

From Cache Creek Casino, ride north though the Capay Valley up to Hwy 20

Turn left on Hwy 20 and ride towards Clearlake.

Turn left on Hwy 53 and ride south into the town of Clearlake where we will have lunch (Stop for the group)

Leave Clearlake and head south on Hwy 53 to Butts Canyon Road, just north of Middletown.

Take Butts Canyon Road and ride south down through the Pope Valley.

Turn left off of Pope Valley Road onto Pope Valley Cross Road and on to Pope Canyon Road.

This will take us to Berryessa Knoxville Road.

This road parallels the lake and will take us to Turtle Rock where it joins Hwy 128.

Ride south on Hwy 128 and we will all meet up at Moskowitz Corners. The ride will end here and you can head west, east or south back to home.

Count us in - two-up. I now have a new tire on the rear. I should also have my new Muzzy exhaust system installed so you will hear us coming!

Will meet at Cache Creek Casino since this is closer to Sacramento.

Thanks Doc for putting another ride together.

Should I plan a ride for late April, early May? I would like to ride through the coastal range in the Ladoga area. This is good riding territory we never seem to get out to.

Count me in, now I know its Jeff's Bday, I wouldn't want to miss that. :yahoo:

I'm going to try and make this one also. Will be 2 up, and will meet at Cache Creek Casino.

For those of us riding straight to Cache Creek -- What is the group's ETA?

NOTICE: Don't forget to move your clocks ahead Saturday night! They moved it up this year.

Weather looks great! See ya all there.
