There is a link to the EOM website pinned at the top of this thread topic that is used to register for this meet. Please keep in mind that even if you have made a reservation at the host hotel, you are still asked to register. There is a small fee for registration. The registration fee is for dinner, banquet hall rental, incidentals such as printing & entrance into the hall for door prize drawings.

If you decide not to register, you won't be invited in for dinner, door prizes or receive anything else related to the meet.

Also of note, the registration site is where t-shirts are ordered. T-shirts are not automatically given when you pay registration unless you specifically order & pay for them.

I wanted to be sure that folks are clear on these points. I am not sure if these things have been said yet. Extrememarine has been busy w/ relocating & such... so, I am just jumping in to help out. This was something that needed to be said. If this is not near the top of this thread, I will be bumping it from time to time.

Thanks for your attention, I am looking very forward to seeing old friends & meeting new folks, Heidi

PS, I forgot to say... folks are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. If you don't know who should be contacted in order to make your reservations, refer to the EOM website located at the top of this thread topic.

Heidi,

I need to ask a question about the shirts. I ordered two when I registered yesterday, and paid the PayPal invoice just a few minutes ago. Of course when my Wife found out I ordered the short sleeves she wanted the long sleeves....Will shirts be available at the meeting? Or do I need to order her another shirt in long sleeve?

Don

Fubar (love the name... hahahahaha!) that is a question for Jwilly. He's running anything website related. He knows who to contact about shirt related stuff... & if'n you do want to change your order, it is possible that he can help out. Of course I cannot speak for him. Perhaps a PM to his virtual door to ask?

Sorry that I can't help more, Heidi

PS... I can say that shirts will not be available at the meet UNLESS you have previously ordered & paid for them.

Don,

Either send me an email or a PM through the forum with what you would like to add and I will update your order and send you an additional paypal invoice for the difference.

Thanks,

JW

Something that I forgot to mention... in the past, the door prizes have not been lame. We've had Yamaha top boxes, tires, Muzzy slipons, windshields, Starcom advanced, Shoei Syncrotech helmet. We've had items from other top FJR vendors... such as saddlebag reflector kits (what I got last year), banners, chrome oil caps, giveaways to each participant by vendors wanting folks to try their product, etc. These are just the items off the top of my head. I know for sure that there was much, much more than this.

My point is... it will be worth it to be registered for this event. Don't miss out on sitting in on the door prize giveaway by missing the fact that you need to be registered to be eligible for participation.

Speaking as the one in charge of the door prize begging, I mean gatherer, I assure you that there will be some worhty prizes this year. I have a complete list of what was given last year and I hope to expound on it some into some area that others may not think of. So by all means, register away and come after some of these great prizes!

It's gonna be hard to beat the douche-prize from last year. Maybe some Monistat?

Bump bump bump, bump bump bump, bump your bootie, bump your bootie!

Canadian, you should get a form to fill out from Jwilly that gives the info that you seek. If it hasn't arrived, possibly send him a PM if it's been awhile since you registered.

Bumped up this mornin' with a wine glass in my hand... whose wine what wine, where the hell did I dine. Must've been a dream, I don't believe where I've been... C'MON, LETS DO IT AGAIN... do you, YOU, feel like I do?

"Heard" he was able to inhale after the second 'YOU' then exhale the "smoke" while singing 'feel like I do? How do you feel?' in a cloud in the glow of the spot light.....wow man, I just had a fade back in time :yahoo:
