I'm not very good (or I didn't find) what Fork Oil to put in my 07. I'm planning on doing the fork service with new bushings and seals. What oil do I get to put back in? This is a stock fork - not planning on upgrading at this point. Thanks.

...and I usually use Bel-Ray 5W. Generally choose something on the lighter end - there are lots of good ones out there.
The attached file is an old (at least 10 years) list of various suspension fluids that will give you some idea of what might be available in the range.

Honda (Showa) SS-7 closely matches the viscosity of OE fluid. Another reasonably priced option is Golden Spectro 85/150.

Maybe because my fork oil needed replacement (second owner/42k miles) but I used 8w Motul. Fully geared up, 215 lbs., I noticed a major improvement in handling. I emptied the fork oil into a graduated cup, extended and collapsed the fork leg several times and replaced with the same amount. Of course this method assumes the fork oil volume was correct to begin with but this method worked for me.
