Have been going through the ads on Cycle Trader looking for a new 2009. I've seen prices for 2010 as low as $12,800, but the left over 2009 bikes are all listed at over $13,000 - doesn't make sense. If $12.8k is a good price for a 2010, shouldn't a 2009 be at least a grand less? Thanks, BobSled

I agree about needing to ride them both and I plan on doing so this fall. However if I decide to go with the FJR I want to make sure a new version doesn't come out the day after I buy one. Like what happened with the Concours, in 2010 Kawasaki improved the product and now the '08 & '09 models...

Looking to purchase either a new FJR or 2010 Concours latter this year. Prefer the FJR looks and handling, but the smooth power & tranny of the Concours. If Yamaha does come out with a new & improved (and hopefully lighter) 2011 FJR, when would that be? BobSled

Looking to purchase later this fall to either an FJR or a 2010 Concours. Not easy finding bikes to test ride, so based on what I've read the Concours has a smoother engine and transmission, while the FJR handles better (and looks better). If I had to choose right now I'd pick the Concours, but...
