I attempted to adjust my bars, but it appears that the threaded bolt that rises up through the handlebar needs to be moved forward or backward to properly align the two pins. How do you slide that bolt?

Just called my dealer Hollink Motorsports in Spencerport (suburb of Rochester, NY). He has three scheduled for delivery in April. He checked his computer and said they had not been released yet. He's guessing it will be another week or so. My order and deposit were placed on October 12th.
