Thanks to all that participated in this years ride. Next year will be 10th anniversary , watch for something special! One thing will be to shame a so called `rider' from AZ. into attending! You know who you are!

Thanks for participating Karl and Carl. We had 34 riders and 1 passenger finish, 27 drop out. Of that number 12 completed their first SS1000! We will run this again next year (April 12, 2014) hopefully with added start points. Thanks again.

Skooter, It`s all gone now

Just a reminder that March 31 is the last day to register for this years Curt Gran Memorial SS1000. Those that have registered, have a safe and fun ride. The 7 inch snow we had in Illinois last night will be gone by wed.

Correct, Dennis Powell has a large hog farm operation in Iowa. He had a major fire a couple of years ago and I`m not sure he rebuilt. The Iowa/corn stock are to the northwest of the memorial about 50 yards.

You sure can Will. I smoked all the time on mine till I quit smoking 8 months ago I had a lighter on an aux. box with my BMW plugs for heated gear.
