FJRandy's version of Freeway Blaster install

first is a BIG thank you to randy for his excellent product and the outstanding pictures and instructions. i am NOBODY'S wrench, and DOUBLY stupid about things electrical, but i still managed to get his relay in and routed and got the blasters installed. they sound great. my horns ended up...

Anxious Newbie - Already Reserved an '07

even honda figured it out on the 06 ST. there is really only ONE appropriate color for a bad-arse bike, and it ain't silver and it ain't blue. i'll dust every day for a black one... that said, i'm too cheap and unmotivated to paint my 06. but if it ever gets bent.... :assassin: shu

Re: camera56 bike and my slider's

+10 from me, ian. my sliders look awesome, will no doubt protect in the case of the highly likely but as yet not-experienced driveway dumbshite moment. on the road, whether low or god-forbid highside, any help or hindrance from your part is not likely to be a major factor. looking to avoid...

    new sticker!

perhaps you should learn to distinguish between chicken strips and the dust from my gravel driveway, where i tend to ride in straight. if you get to whidbey island and you want to see if you can stay with me, drop on in... i think you'll find that while i'm no squid, i can take you...

Why did you/they sell the FJR 1300?

couldn't do it. knew anything else would be something less. just put another 100 or so on her today running to a doc's appointment in amerika (that's leaving my island). dang thing just makes me smile every time i get on it. where can you get that for this kind of change.... so, locally...

    new sticker!

the first idea i had was "loud pipes make noise", but didn't figure some of the loud boys would "get it", so went for toecutter's more pointed rhetoric... cheers, shu

    new sticker!

yeah, i did! :) though the guys in the motor home or whatever that was were worried, i'll bet the bikers would have welcomed a hand gettin that scoot outta the ravine. but he was right, he didn't have much chance to get outta the way... i have the same issue sometimes - for a guy who rides...

    seattle to bellingham area riders

don't know lolo pass, but always willing to learn something new. course, 1200 miles for me is about 4 days! :o sounds like maybe weekends, and if we start early, maybe the folks who need to be home sat night could bail and return. i'll just toss up a couple dates and routes, and see who's...

    seattle to bellingham area riders

cool! we got a pretty good sized riding group already! and freshmeat, i just left kent a couple years ago after 21 years on the fire department there. you got some nice roads out that way, too. i used to LOVE riding out the green river valley and up onto the enumclaw plateau and all around...

    new sticker!

so, did they have enough beer in reno after all, odot? this "ass beating" is going to come from harley riders? i think most of them these days are dentists and lawyers, and presumably not so inclined, even if capable in many cases. or perhaps you weren't speaking of a literal ass-beating, and...

    new sticker!

well, can't remember what color toecutter's ride is, but if he wants one, he can pick silver or blue... :D shu

    seattle to bellingham area riders

since not everyone is on the map, if you are generally in the seattle to bellingham area, would you mind just droppin' a howdy here so i can see who's close, and maybe we can do some more rides without waiting for a "big one"? thanks. shu
