What exactly is your "throttle issue" and why do you think you need a Power Commander?

I just cleaned mine with contact cleaner, give it a good spray and rotate it through its full motion a couple of times. Did mine again recently. seems to go for about 20,000 miles.

Check what setting you have before you start and then set it back to the same setting.

It seems pretty obvious that they reassembled the forks incorrectly, My guess would be the little spring and valve the wrong way round.

I noticed you used a Scotchlok which will fail, use a Positap instead. Otherwise good job.

I take my pinlock out every couple of months and put a cloth on a radiator and put the pinlock on that and dry it out and it's good to go again.
