The 2014 FJR1300A has compression/rebound only on the right fork. The left fork has nothing except preload. I meant, right fork has preload/compression/rebound. Left fork has only preload.

haha. I know. I bought it back in 1996 when I first started riding and it works great ever since after several bikes and I kept transferring to the new bike I bought. Of course being in Southern California I use it only may be a month or 2 every year.

Because if we buy a bike from out of state, we can't register it in California unless it has at least 7500 miles at the time of sale. It applies only to non-california models, I think.
