I see these speeds all the time, but I live in Wyoming with an 80mph speed limit on most of our interstates; the troopers hardly look up at 85mph. I've never noticed a buzz though; but then again, I've come up through the ranks of 70s, 80s, and 90s bikes, so maybe my nerve endings are shot...

Yup...even after owning mine for a little over three years, the FJR continues to amaze me. It's an incredibly competent motorcycle that impresses me every time I ride it...besides, I was born "in a hurry," and the FJR "hurries" well.

Congrats! I love love love my 2015. I love it even more now that I the snow is gone and my seat rebuild from Rich's Custom Seats is installed. I did a 300 mile loop through the Black Hills last weekend with no stops. Finally my butt has the same range as my tank! Enjoy.

Lol...I especially love vaporizing Harley trains (very prevalent here in the HD holy land of Sturgis, Devil's Tower, and the Black Hills). Fergawdssake, I can only take 55 in a 65 for so long, and I know that I sometimes startle them when I'm in strafe mode. It's all good.

I generally cruise around in Tour mode when I'm slabbing it, riding in the rain, etc., but I switch to Sport in the twisties, town, and especially when I need to vaporize a parade of plodding Harley dudes or a train of Halliburton trucks clogging the two-lane.
