Get hold of your dealer immediately - when they do the ignition switch "swap", they're supposed to use the key cylinder from the old switch in the new switch so that your original keys still work. The original key will then work all the bags AND the new ignition switch.

Based on the work outlined in the Yamaha Tech bulletin for the recall, I would imagine that you could get your dealer to install your Heli-Bar clamp as part of the recall fix for free... Just a thought.
