Update; No pics right now but I did get the frame all smoothed out and finished up the welds on the underside so I think I'm ready to sandblast it and get it over to the powder coater in the next week or so. I did get the left side control arms all smoothed out and cleaned up and powder coated...

So did you get a chance to put that all together and did it work for you? Any new progress pics for us?! :D

Yeah it works perfect, no leaks or anything. Just sand the face of that fitting down super smooth so you get a good seal.

I just got it at the auto parts place, they have them at hardware stores too. You just need to maybe take a little sand paper to it to really smooth the mating surface out to be sure and also use washers obviously. I'll take a pic here in a minute and post it.

So what are you using for your pedal assembly then? Are you going with the clutch on a handle instead of the foot pedal? I just used some hard line from the pedal assembly back to just before it goes through the rear firewall and then from there to the bike (both clutch and brake) I connected...

Oh, and I'm not necessarily running my fans through the "system" I'm direct connecting them to the battery and a toggle so I can have them on and off when needed...

So do you think the system is different than other yamahas that have twin fans? I would think it could handle 2 but I will definitely take your advise into consideration because I'm looking at doing 3.
