I'd try a good shot of contact cleaner into the switch housing..if that doesn't work, then a new switch may be in order.

On the positive side, word is that there will be a 7th gear, and the cruise control will go all the way up to 147mph. Oh, and they actually encourage going to the "dark side" with this new improved model.

I have 2 of the bungie buddies mounted on either side of the license plate holder, slightly above, and makes great tie down points for the rear rack area.
