Good stuff RayBan... I did the same back in June of 08. Now I am settled in Dubai but kept the bike in Cali. I saw one FJR on Sheikh Zayed highway :) the other day. Good luck with the move and wish you the best. Don't worry about the humidity...we have 95% and 120degrees in the summer :)...

Rouge, thanks for the concerns. I have since moved to Dubai as Hal mentioned. My house is rented out but bike is in my garage. I checked with the family and they are doing ok. My in laws are in Tustin and they are safe. I am thinking of the firefighters in all this. Armand

Yeh, company I work for is moving me to the UAE. Though I may not ride the Feejer there, but the thought of having it somewhere close is worthwhile. Will talk more at the camp out in June.

Thanks Wild72, in regards to German specs, its actually for export. In other words, ship the bike to Germany and ride it out to another country from there where Specs should not be a problem at the final destination. Allied International...I will check them out.

Hi there, Wondering if there are any good quality companies that can ship the FJR to Germany from LAX. Did research and most are national and the international ones outsource their work to India it seems. Thanks Armand
