I own both and can answer your questions. The Gerbing is bulkier, it is also warmer, far warmer. The gerbings comes in chest and sleeve sizes and is supposed to be snug, but not tight. The Warm n Safe is lighter and less bulky. It is not as warm, and the sleeves do not come in different...

I have an Aerostitch suit and there is nothing better, in my opinion. I also have a jacket and pants from Olympia Olympia link ] and they are a nice set up also. My "stich" is red and has held up well , why not just get a replacement in a different color?
