Let's revive this from last year (haulinashe's idea).

There's already quite a few folks on the road, so if you're running solo, this will give us a place to start is you're MIA.

Please post up here as you arrive so we can keep track as best possible. If you should run into any difficulties on the road, give us a call: 8-4-3-2-6-3-2-5-5-3 (extrememarine) and we'll see how we can help.

No specific format, just what you are comfortable posting for the world to see:

**EDIT: We made it to the Brier Inn! There's a good amount of riders here already, should be a good turn out this year.

We are in Parkersburg, WV for the night. Made it in around 6pm, and cyclebabble just showed up, so we're rolling out in the morning for Breakfast /w Thompsonian and then on to L'burg via WV-47 & WV-20(subject to change).

Girls are bringing cager sweep about one hour behind us on a slightly different route. My tools are in the cager.

Leaving Parkersburg Saturday AM between 8-9AM. Route is unsure yet, but possibly WV21 to I77, to US60 into Lewisburg. Guestimate TOA: 1-3pm.

I have finally gotten this piece of Jell-O nailed down. The final route to Lewisburg came down to the wishes of my wife; she really wants to go through Staunton & Monterey, VA then down the German Valley between the Appalachians and the Alleghenies.

Our basic route will be: departure 8;00 AM Va Bch, VA>> I64 W - US250 W - VAcr 610 S- VA 84 SSE - WV 92S - US 39 W - US 219 S. Arrive in Lewisburg, WV @~ 4:30PM.

What a difference a year makes. A year ago the wife trailered the bike because it was raining. This year she will be on her own bike completing her first LD ride!

Update: Arrived Hagerstown, MD @ 8:00 pm. So far we have traveled 568 miles, 60 miles short of Front Royal. After seeing several deer along the road in the dark we decided to call it a day. We are on schedule for a mid afternoon arival Friday.

Update: Arrived EOM 5:00; trip total 887 miles to Brier Inn.

Why I purchased the twin headsets. She can cuss me with out hitting, because when she hits I jump about 4 inches off the seat. Besides it's not good for the ole ticker!!

Well, I woulda, but hell, I'm already here. It's Thursday noon. Left Lancaster SC at 6am and tooks some REALLY good roads out in the backwoods getting here. Great WX, great roads, looking forward to seeing everyone. In #262 for now, but splitting with Mike (gasportrider) tomorrow. Are you out there Mike?
