The bridge pictured in Sac Mike's post is the Bixby Creek bridge, and it is iconic. The Pfeiffer canyon bridge was not considered iconic before, as far as I know, and it doesn't look like it will be now either. Still, it is good news if Big Sur opens soon, I have a yearly pilgrimage to make.

The Best Western at Abbotsford is nice. Basic breakfast, but very nice rooms. Liquor store right across the street from the hotel, which pretty much became a theme.

Congrats Jim. I have been to Spokane, and enjoyed staying at the historic Davenport. Found a couple of good places to eat also. Downtown area is all right. Brunch at the Davenport was awesome. Enjoy your retirement anticipation and retirement!!

I think I am going the Google Drive route. I looked into setting up my own server etc etc, money wasn't the issue, but it came down to time. I don't really have the time to set it up and upkeep and maintenance.
