Yes, I always title a off-road bike. I received my title yesterday and it said 2 wheel on it. That is a street title here in Missouri. I have had titles come back with a dirt title, but you can still plate them if they pass a safety inspection. Easy as can be.. Smitty

Convert.. not factory legal.. Bikes less than 5 years old do not need a inspection. I could have did nothing except tell the lady at the DMV.. I would like a plate please... I did add a combo switch, horn, mirror, and a brake light switch. You don't need turn signals here in Mo. Cost around...
