The two New Mexico versions of SW-FOG were pretty much a one man show. Reid Hester was the organizer and he has since left the FJR clan. I think he occasionally checks in here and believe he is still a member. His forum name is Kindofblue, so you should be able to contact him. He's a good guy...

If you go with the Pirelli, make sure you use the "E" spec (FJR specific) rear.

James, I'm a tank bag junkie and have owned many of the bags shown in this thread. Lotta good stuff out there! I've been using this bag for about 6 years and it's held up well. Holds a fair amount of gear and will expand to accomodate bigger loads. I also have a smaller bag than this I think...

Brodie, Having not read all the pages in this topic, a quick scan along with Mama Yama's recall notice has me wondering. Seems this ignition problem is more of a Gen II phenom. Does it make sense to install one of your harnesses on my 05' ? Thanks in advance for your (or anyone elses) input.

I'm using Garauld's mounts which work well for the lighter Hella FF-50's. I had the Top Gun brackets on my 03' and thought they were pretty solid. Might work for the heavier Solteks. Maybe someone who knows for sure will chime in. Have a look at the Top Gun mounts below...... Top Gun Mounts
