Just put a givi 52 with a givi backrest on my 07 and it works great no forward lean and is comfortable to pillion. Just put on 200+ miles with pillion in the Black Hills in one afternoon no complaints from her.

Reservations made. Looking forward to next year and the pillar is also looking forward to it. :yahoo:

Same goes here had a great time. Got to Sioux Falls by 5:30 to rescue one driver who ran out of fuel @ the shop, go figure. Back to the grind stone, looking forward to next year already. Thanks Dale

Will be leaving around 6:30 for Niobrara hope I don't get to wet. A small storm cell is in my path.

I had it happen to me. The steering head was to loose and clicked all the time, tightened up and it steered normal again.

I will be in niobrara Thurs morn to leave out with twistedcricket the way it's looking right now.

I may be able to get to Niobrara in time for breakfast and ride the rest of the way out thurs. I'm only 2 hours from Niobrara and I rise early, also pillar is bringing car out thur. nite, that frees me up a little. Just give me an indication how early thurs. morning everyone there want to take off.

If you make it to my area wed nite I'll see if I can get going early thurs. or meet up somewhere in South Dakota to finish your trip to Custer.

Ordered a factory Black Cherry 07 Trunk 2 months ago still on back order. Has anyone got theirs yet or know a dealer that has one. May need to go aftermarket yet.

:yahoo: I just got home from picking up my 07, 37 degrees and flurrys. Dealer said he'd trailer it. I said hell no and off I went. Never had a better feeling about buying anything in my 50 years. What a great ride.
