I'm not sure if you are interested in just doing the ride or doing an IBA certified ride. https://www.hoagysheroes.org/2009_Rides/2009_Rides.htm Are going in September. You will have to check the IBA rules, but IIRC you must have completed a multiday ride previous to the 100CC.
