Lets hear from some short guys with russell seats

5' 10" and with old age shrinkage now a 29 1/2" inseam. I couldn't be happier with the Russell Daylong. While I don't flat foot, I do have most of the sole of both feet on the ground.

    Bags vs Key

Get a key made from a steel blank and hide it on the bike.

    Trouble-Shooting Widder Vest

A really stupid question, "Did you try turning the plug around where the controller cord plugs into the vest?" It makes a difference on my vests.

    FJRF009.0: Ground Spider Research

That spyder connector looks like tin coated steel. If that's the case you're going to continue to have a problem with it. Has anyone put a magnet on it to see if it's steel? If I had a Gen II I'd be trying to find someone to make a bunch of these connectors out of brass and your problem will go...

    "Crashed" Helmets

Thanks MadMike!!! The picture doesn't show the big hit right over the front center of the visor. I had a marked forehead for quite a while.....no headache, but was dizzy for a couple of weeks. We were both lucky!

    Table Lift

You know there would be quite a lift market for these manufacturers if the lifts were thinner when down so you could park a car over them when you weren't using them. I'm not going to sink one in the floor, even though I'd like to. I'm also not interested in wrestling one into vertical storage...

a belt to wear around a jacket....

IMHO the best place for a camera on a pillon is on a cord around the neck. That way it's readily available and you can't drop it.

    Front Bearings

I hate to be stupid, but doesn't the spacer come out the end where you've already removed the bearing? Once it's out, you should be able to get to the back of the busted bearing with a long thin punch, shouldn't you?

    Cheap HID Aux lights

Looks to me like he has the HID aimed down so you can see the shape of the whole beam. It's a nicely shaped beam with most of the light concentrated in the middle where you need it when it's aimed down the road. Looks like a pretty good light, especially for the money!

    major fu#ck up

When you get right down to it, the large number of fine threads is what "seals" the sparkplug in the head......said another way the threads create a gas seal if you will. You really only need to make the plug tight enough so that it doesn't want to back out. A 1/4 turn after it's seated ought to...

Maybe closer to Always look where you want to go?

    roadsmart tires

The Strada is a very neutral front that you can do pretty much anything with. This seems to be a great combination.

Told off my first cager yesterday

Toe, if you're outside of CA, say in TX or some of the SE states, I'd offer advice you to just leave the guy alone........he could be packin and might not take to your comments too well?
