I hope the spot track in West Yellowstone is lagging and not his true location.

    BBG and SS2000 attempt

Sounds like a good ride. We did the Dallas/El Paso/Houston and back to Dallas Loop last September. My partner didn't like me doing more than the speed limit of 80 on I10 west of San Antonio because of all the forest rats that come out at night out that way. Stay hydrated. Good luck on your ride!

Wife: You better treat me right or I'll cut you off! Husband: You'll need to find out where I'm gettin' it first

3 hrs OKC to Allen. They should be ok. It looks like all of the outliers are around 3 or so hours out.

    Why does a bike turn

Hey DC, <insert smart *** remark here> True the guy in your post makes sense but it's technically off topic. He explains how to induce a bike to turn, but not the dynamic factors involved with why a bike actually turns. Mechanics vs. physics.....

    Why does a bike turn

Great point Mike. Maybe that's why the Oroville dam never got the funding to get properly repaired ahead of time because politicians diverted the funding to black hole studies such as why a bike turns.....

    BBG Quattro or Cinco Attempt

Best of luck to you Tony, if anyone can do this I know you can. I will be spending a lot of time following this spot track dammit!

An air horn is a must

Welcome. Yep, factory horns are downright dangerous and should be outlawed. I put a Stebel on the Gen I my son has, and also on my Gen III. For the Gen I, we used the left side horn mount to hang a bracket for the Stebel. For the Gen III, there is a black plastic deflector plate mounted to the...

I'm back and think I'm headed east

If you are planning on making Arkansas, when will this be? I might could meet up with you there for a day or two. If you have time, you might consider upstate New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. There is some some great beauty up that way.

    Multi BBG Ride Planning

It'd sure be nice if they'd let you go 375 miles on those fuel stops. Will be following this one for sure.

The Top 10 Things I Learned at YFO

While we're on the learning page here, some things I discovered: 1. Cali has some awesome roads and vistas 2. After meeting him in person, I discovered that RFH isn't such a bad guy after all. 3. I didn't learn that Pop's was a great guy after meeting him, because I already knew that. 4...

    Going for a BBG3000 5/28 - 5/29

Wow, I didn't realize I looked so rough! No, I'm not sleeping, just taking a little cat nap between shutter snaps. Iirc, it was still in the 90's even at 1 am. Ah, a pillow never felt so good. Here's one of Tony, he did 3 legs and looks ready for another. I'm starting to suspect he's done this...

Going for a 50CC LA to Jacksonville 6/5

It was cool meeting all the new faces and seeing familiar faces again at Yosemite The ride was tiring for me but still was a lot of fun. Might not have got it done without Tony's expertise, the guy knows his stuff.
