Make sure you bring the FJR assistance list... and find a riding buddy or 2 to hook up with on the way down if you can. I hope to meet you at the next one.
Glad you came out without injury to you or the bike... the FJR can get you into trouble fast. Don't know if your tires weren't warmed up, but they need to be before any hard leaning. I've, uhm... "tested" this.
I can't believe Yamaha didn't re-arrange stuff so it wouldn't be so top-heavy, that would be easy, right? They could've at least fixed the faulty side stand.
Good grief, are you going for the hat trick? Good on ya for staying up this time. Michigan must be as bad as Pennsylvania for deer; I saw a ton of 'em driving up in the cage to see my son in Pittsburgh last year.

How sad, to be so young and leave a 5 year old daughter and wife behind. My sincerest condolences and prayers for Sean, Karen, Bailey, family and friends.

If this is a parade lap... it'll be slow, and you'll be really frustrated by most of the other bikes that take the corners w/o leaning more than 5 degrees. At Barber, I behaved on the straights, but wanted to scrape a peg around some of the corners... didn't happen. Just ride the track with...
