I've seen 51 mpg running at 60 mph. Where is Eastern AZ ? I'm in central AZ I guess . . . .

I didn't know those POS tires could go 5k & still have any tead. Mine was raise at about 2500 & toast soon after . . . .Not any longer lasting than a set of Pilot Powers were for me, mileage tire ? Not in this lifetime for me . . .YMMV though and does !

Well throw out an idea ! Can't get many out of the bad weather in the winter though . . . I usually make a trip or two during this time of year over to Silver City just to get away and another or two to SD. I missed you in Tucson a couple of weeks ago.

Haven't heard of problems around Springerville with weather in the summer except that it's cooler than here ! Been riding up there since the early '70s to camp around Hannagan Meadow area. I would think Silver City to be a bit far south to attract peeps but there are some very nice rides from...

I don't think you failed, I think WE failed you . . .The only other place in AZ would be to have it in Springerville/Eager area for some 666 action & a loop thru N.M., maybe to Silver City for lunch. Plenty of nice places to stay & eat up there plus not too far from CO, NM, & TX, etc.

So you only lost about 25% of your radiator cooling surace ? But gained an awesome horn ? I'd sure like one of them, someday, some way. . .

SW-FOG is a once a year event, if it happens. Kinda hot in AZ during the summer though. Maybe you have a great area in mind for a get together next year. . . Never too early to make a stab at it.
