I've had this problem a couple of times after I've changed the oil filter. Typically, I get a mile from home and the light comes on. I keep riding because I KNOW that I have filled the bike w/ oil. About 2 miles later, the light goes out and doesn't come back on. I've quit worrying about it. -Greg-
