    Wobbling front end

I am approaching 260lbs (~118kg) asymptotically, but that does not seem to bear any effect on the wobbling. BTW your speed numbers are a wee-bit off: 65+mph equals approximately 104.60736+kmh, whereas 60+kmh equals approximately 37.2822715342+mph ;)

    Wobbling front end

Thank you for your comments, they easy my worries. Come to think of it, I don't believe there is a physical wobble, but it is more like the feeling of it. I have the tendency to be extra sensitive to any strange noise or variation on the bike's behavior. It is possible that this extra...

    Wobbling front end

Howdy all... After nine months of contemplating the idea, I finally took the weekend and fabricated a mounting plate to install my Yamaha Top box. I made it of cold rolled steel since I don't have the resources to weld aluminum. Any whom, it ended up being a good project, and I am happy with...

    Gas Tank

I always loosen the single pivot bolt at the rear of the tank, then I remove the two screws at the front of the tank. When re-assembling, I just reverse the process and never ever had any problems with the alignment. :)

    The Door Out

ionbeam, I saw your link in the unmentionable board just today, and led me to believe that Mark had finally dislodged his ***-plug, but apparently it remains deeply trapped in his annal retentive paranoia. :alien: You should re-post the information about material resistance from that post in...

    This is cool....

If you have a good sound system, AND like cruiser bikes, AND don't mind loud pipes, then, and only then, you may like this new type of exhaust system... I think it is kind of cool: >>> CLICK <<<

    Matching Helmet for '06 FJR?

Lemme see if I get this right, you're trying to find a head accessory to match your soon-to-be new bike? Well... if color is what really matters here, then chances are very low that you will find anything on Yamaha's Cobalt Blue. I would suggest you find a good quality helmet that...

    PANTS-SHOES & HORN

Also, and since we are in the gear subject, I have the Scorpion EXO-700 helmet (with the Aero skirt for winter). I love this helmet and never had any fogging issues with it. I also fitted the helmet with the Autocom Active-7 headphones/mic and I am pretty happy with it. :)

    OVERSENSITIVE WIVES

That was good advice in this letter. Poor guy, he probably didn't see the golf club when he sat on the hammock. Humm ... I read it to my wife from my lawn chair while she was washing the cars, she just looked at me with an evil grin and went back to washing; how odd... what would that mean...
