When I think back to how I used to ride in my early twenties I feel ashamed and very lucky to be alive. I can't throw stones in a glass house. It does bother me now that I'm older and wiser to see riders putting their lives and the sport's reputation in jeapordy.

Adding an MCcruise control or equivalent will be much less expensive then taking the depreciation hit on your FJR. An electronic cruise control makes ALL the difference on a long day.

Dude was abusing his power, plain and simple, he should stay in his lane. I could understand him getting involed with a crime in progress that threatens life or property but traffic enforcement is hard to justify.

Same thing happened to me on the freeway once but the car ended up on top of my bike. When I got off the gound and looked back the dumb ****** still had her phone to her ear with her mouth gaping in disbelief. I had to yell at her a couple times to back off my bike so it could be picked up...

I've changed my coolant twice and have been lucky I guess. Drain, fill, warm up, check level, ride. Never needed to do a burp.

You'd better not miss Highway 12, Torrey to Escalante is spectacular. May be a little chilly this time of year.
