Who is the best Yami dealer in Northwest?

A slight tangent, but -- are there any dealers that should be avoided?? Experience so far has been positive, but I can't say whether they're good or bad with a problem, since I have't had any so far. I picked up my '05 at Renton Motorcycles - the bike's only been in the shop for the first...

    Go Fast, Turn Left

FWIW - It seems to me that this part of the Phun with physics link is the relevant bit - If you're riding on a normal road in the U.S. of A. (that is, one with lanes of traffic headed in both directions) then left hand turns will always have a larger turn radius than right hand turns. Assume...

This ever happened to you on a Long Ride ?

While it is true [that this specific experiment is a low-level neuron-fatigue phenomenon], the experiences people are mentioning general effect is probably more common than one would expect. Actually, it appears that the very process of "bearing down" may lead to a type of tunnel vision -- the...

Why you shouldn't run from the cops...

Yup - this time the "no-belt-so-I'll-be-thrown-clear" strategy worked perfectly --- guy got thrown 'clear' into the other lanes of oncoming traffic. [caution - evolution in progress - caution]

    Gas Mileage?

My gas mileage has been ~40 or so, like most folks seem to report. I added a Cal-Sci medium windscreen & a Givi 46 top case over the holidays, now it seems to be ~36 mpg. I'd expected some hit, since the turbulence off of the case is noticible, but 10% seems a bit high. Are others with the...

well-- I'm just about to add mine (the diamond star headlight / tail light combo pack from ridesafer.com clicky ) They have to see me to get ticked off, and I'll live with the karmic penalty of annoying them, if it means I don't get flattened by Mrs. Distracted Soccer Mom Cager.

    Admin. Question

Actually --- I believe the proper capitalist, non-commie version is: Free Tibet * * with purchase of second Tibet of equal or greater value. Limit two Tibets per customer. :bleh: We are good capitalists, after all.
