    New Bike Choice

Quick story, my 18 Wing windscreen motor started to fail. Honda stepped up and replaced the motor just in time before my 6,600 mile ride to SFO in October. We had rain, bugs, wind and all that one would encounter on a ride and every time I made small or large adjustments in the windscreen I...

    Name That Place Game

Looks like the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Ca or in other words most roads in my backyard. Mosquito Ridge Road, LaPorte Road, etc ?

    Name That Place Game

Yes, That's it. Dock looks the same but a few of the tall wooden line ups are gone. The last time through there at least 10 years ago those tall wooden line ups had been hit by the ferry. Your up Jim.

    Hello from Central oregon

Welcome, from the land of fruits and nuts. The FZ6 is a fun bike, I had one for a few years. Oregon is going to a bit different without being able to stop by and see your folks.

Ray Slocomb, FjRay - Now on second honeymoon with Patti

We'll all miss him. Rode with Ray and his buddies for lunch back in Apri, again in June and hung out with him again at NAFO this year. He was always ready to help anyone who needed it, he was the first to reach out to me when bambi totaled my Feejeer near the Columbia River back in 12. A real...

New to me ST or new FJR?

It's okay to not keep a bike forever as long as you upgrade to a new/better or different bike . I'm down to 3 bikes in the stable now.

She's Gone: musings of a former FJR owner

Glad your happy with the Wing. I just got home from 2 week adventure to SFO in Alabama. 6,643 miles on my 18. Averaged 46 mpg for the whole trip and would have been a bit higher but the last 2 days were 80 mph plus-usually we were 70-75mph. Wings get a bit thirsty at those speeds dropping to 42...

    The end of PDP

I tried my best during the evenings at Turks. It's this wonderful new software of the forum that is showing the older than dirt threads that need to be kept alive.:cautious:
