Google, Amazon & the art of automobile maintenance

Yep, two weeks ago, after 170K miles, the Honda CRV had a condenser fan stop working. I opted to change both that and the radiator fan (they both really work together but have different names it seems). Google led me to the problem of the broken fan and Amazon got me two new fan motors. I spent...

News Story: Biker who sank on Canyon Ferry ID'd

Didn't need a tree. Came to a nice slide about halfway down. The sand pit was better though, not as much air time but a better landing.

    pcv for gen 2 $150

Put the smoothness map on it and plug it up. You might decide to keep it. The good deal could be your own.

    pcv for gen 2 $150

Oh man, no way I'd get rid of my PC altogether. Especially not on an 06/07.

Dang, I'd like to upgrade from the III, but I'm too busy buying stuff for the other bike.

    Took a flight today in a 1948 SNJ-5 Texan - very cool

Just imagine a whole field of them throttling up with full loads to go carry out devastation somewhere. That must have been a hellish sound.

Riding to D&H Cycle to pick up a 2016

Oh yea, and so glad I finally got to catch up on this one. For some reason it would pop to the top when I didn't have time to sit down and read, and then it'd bubble over to the second page and I'd forget about it. Great stuff, your brother will be railing on it in no time.

Unusual view of the USAF Thunderbirds

It's crazy, I've sat on that peak and the view is so amazing up there that I could sit up there all day long in awe. I cannot imagine having them come tearing around the valley unannounced like that as well.

Unusual view of the USAF Thunderbirds

Not everyday someone can stand with their feet firmly on the ground and look down and see the USAF Thunderbirds in formation. I love CB and wish I'd been up there to see this.

    Earphones

It's not that my ears are excessively sweaty, I think they are probably normal sweaty, it's just excessively hot outside. Nope, not going for a ride. However... Laziness and boredom won out over laziness. Huh? Yea, wasn't wanting to do what I was supposed to be doing for work so I was bored so...

    Earphones

An interesting find on those earbud tips. The package came with several sets in that size. I popped them onto another set of earbuds that I have (not using for the bike as they stick out too much) and they feel completely different. The Panasonics with the new tips feel very snug and secure...

    Earphones

I ordered up the aforementioned el cheapo Panasonic earbuds. I have Prime so shipping was free, and I'm cheap so I ordered the green ones as they were a buck or so less than the black ones. I'm not cheap enough to order the pink ones though. I also ordered up those tips that I linked to...
