I did not use any isolated cords at all. There is a very slight hint of alternator whine when sitting still, but as soon as you are moving you can't hear it at all. One note: It will require a isolated cord for an Escort or Bel-tronics detector in order to hear it. I am using the Escort Solo S2...

Tom, I mounted the Autocom on top of the ECU for the /clutch/shifter. I will post additional pictures showing it. I put my relay in the rear and built a harness using standard bullet style connectors to plug everything in. I ran the audio wires directly over the engine heat cover.
