Installing a bulkhead fitting through the fuel pump

Excellent! Yes, it is spendy. I totally agree, until you consider the hours I have into figuring it out and producing it. From that perspective... it's a bargain and you absolutely will not be able get one of similar quality for this low price. Do you need a GenI fuel pump flange? Is that why...

Installing a bulkhead fitting through the fuel pump

I'm happy with it. It hasn't leaked a drop since the install. You’ll want to use an auxiliary fuel pump with it. The internal diameter is a bit small for gravity feed.

    Auxiliary Cell Design

Choosing a valve is keeping this latest iteration from crossing the finish line. These are the ones I'm looking at: Parker XV591P-4-04 Parker XV501P-4 Parker MV609-4 Parker MV200-4 MV608-4 All of these valves were chosen for low cost and high flow. Plus, I'm trying to cut down...

Appropriate bulkhead fitting for an FJR fuel cell?

Nancy, What did you think of Alex's bulkhead? <Link> I have links to some of my projects on my "About Me" tab in my forum profile. Don, I found a few more valves with better flow. I'll try to remember to post them (with part numbers) in the Cell Design thread. That last one I told you...

Gen I – Seat Replacing Rear Rack

While working on a pillion seat replacing tank for the Gen I, this was one of the resulting tangents. These started out as the second revision side supports for the tank. After deciding on a third revision for the tank supports, I offered these to txvoyager. Thanks to Kevin, these were...

Can you identify this old motorcycle?

Thank you Don! Right now, I think I will wait until this summer and ask my aunt how she would feel about selling me Jim's most recent ride. I don't believe any of my cousins are into riding and I know my aunt understands my connection to Jim.

Good eye! Tonight I spent some time talking to my Uncle Jim's old pal Steve at the wake. Pals for forty or fifty years, and there for Jim each other the whole time. Amazing! Jim had other close friends too, there were a lot of tears shed tonight. Montesa is correct. Get this ... the boys each...

    My daughter is grieving today

Thank you. Your replies meant a lot. Monday night my daughter received the results from the necropsy liver tissue sample. The veterinarian was so puzzled by the sudden death the puppy he split the costs of the necropsy with my daughter. In the end, they both learned something and I want to pass...
