In 2011, the IBR numbers were determined by the alphabetical order of the state you came from, and then your last name in alpha order for those within the state. California rider named Barrett = #6.

I just got off the phone with eeksnake. He is in great spirits and heading to cranberry. He says he may be a little into the penalty period, but still has time to spare before dnf time. Says he is having a great time, and enjoying seeing so much of America. Go Chris!!!
