I've been there with my chocolate lab. When there is skunk nearby, both my dogs start to go ape sh*t inside long before I can smell it.

Hey jwit6...I notice you're from NE OH. When I talked to my dealer late last week, they said that someone had dropped their bike off for the recall work - was that yours? What dealer effed up your bike? Let me know so I can avoid them!

+1. We purchased some food at Costco that was included in the huge peanut butter products recall recently. We received a call from them advising us of the recall. One less samonella bar in the cupboard. :bad:

I was concerend about not receiving a recall notice, but it arrived on Sat. I guess it took a little while to catch up with me since I'm the 3rd owner. I had already talked with my dealer and made arrangements to bring it in. No I just have to wait for some decent weather so I can get it...

DB...Welcome from NE OH :cold: I too came from a cruiser last summer and have loved every mile on the FJR. I was concerned about the seating position so I bought the Helibars Triple Clamp even before I had the bike - Bad Move. After several hundred miles, I decided I like the stock position...
