Great idea using CO2 (hafta remember that next time.) That "lip"/burr the UniBit left behind I simply trimmed with a utility blade and smoothed out with emery cloth. (Simple minds call for simple solutions.) Now get busy riding. Really wanna know how the flow rate is gonna be.

Nelson-Rigg UV2000 XL from NewEnough. This will be it's second summer in the hot desert sun. I have no worries, will probably last another few summers. Gunny on New Enough.

Not much help in that I've never experienced this issue with my Starcom Digital. I only have the main unit, no remote. I would check the Master Volume (different from Music Volume) and Mic Vox (if it's overly sensitive, it may be picking something up from your speakers.) Like any electronic...
