Been using them for probably about 10 years on all sorts of bikes and quads, both spin ons and cartridge type. Have not had any issues with them at all.

They have been known to do that around here to farmers in the fields, construction workers, and boats on the reservoir (me). A wierd feeling when you realize that 30mm is aimed at you in the HUD.

IIRC the valve adjust interval is about 14K miles on the connie vs. 26K on the FJR. Ouch

Well I got rid of my FJR. I traded it in on a left over 2009 BMW R1200R. Was able to strike a deal I could not walk away from after ogling the bike for two years. I've put 400 miles on it so far and love it. Thanks for the companionship, advice, and humor.
