The stand lets you do work even with the entire front fork assembly removed; when "wheel' stands don't work very well. Based on some bobbin-based stands I looked into at the time, the "sky hook" (black pipe) was much less expensive.

I find that, on cook day, I seldom pick up the same amount of smoke flavor as everyone else. Seems to be something about always having my face in the charcoal/etc. The next day is always more pronounced.

[Pardon an Admin Sidebar] NOW is a perfect example of when taking something to PM and then to e-mail is perfectly acceptable. It's a natural flow. What has been happening with the scammers is a straight to PM with a, "you don't know me but contact me at XXX@...".
