I like the Brakeaway. The brake lever mechanism to unlock it gives me an extra bit of comfort when my throttle is locked. However, I find that anytime I'm on a highway around here we are all going 15 mph over the speed limit with only a few car lengths between vehicles. Not exactly throttle...

Much has been said here about frt and rear brake use. After 43 years riding and 5 or so years road racing up to a national championship level, all I have to offer is, of course, I use both.

I'd guess probably not as what most of us have is a policy that protects against accidents and theft. But it is a matter of contract and that contract is your policy. Read it! Your protection will be defined there, and therein is your answer.

Dealer probably doesn't know how to move them back! Read up on the forum--loosen both bars at the same time--and it is a 5 minute job.
