I came to the FJR from old BMWs. I don't notice the lash, don't know what it is. Maybe I should ride my wife's FZ6 some more so I can figure out what this phenominon is.

bottom line is that they are very close in most ways. I have been so pleased with the Yamaha factory support of the FJR in addition to my local Yamaha dealer in Roseville that the total ownership experience has been the best. Pick up the most recent motorcycle magazine that compares the ST...

I just read a post closed because it was the second time somebody had posted the exact same subject. I have, in fact, accidently posted something in the forum a second time unkowingly. Therefore, I think we should make it a rule that you have to search on a subject prior to posting a new thread...

I know Roseville yamaha has many on order. They deal them out in the order they were requested. I got mine after several months wait this week. The original equipment was used for much of 41k miles with no problems, however the new hardware really firms up the mounting of the case quite a bit...

I don't own an '07 but the way Yamaha addressed this issue, and other issues that have been brought to their attention, and those that they went and found, has impressed me so much that I recently added the red font line in my signature. I will send them a nice letter too!
