Is The FJR1300 Dead? No 2025 Model?

Last paragraph of the linked article is certainly disappointing to read. Here's hoping 2026 brings a new big bore adventure / sport touring machine! ~G

    2025 FJR Speculation

Yes please, I'll take a black/gold "Ultimate Addition". Otherwise...likely just S-O-G or going out on a limb now, B-N-G! ~G

How much was my FJR lowered?

That was the initial discussion RK, how much was bike lowered. Comparing wheel travel vs. shock travel, yields approximately 2:1 overall linkage ratio. Just a guesstimate to help the OP. ~G

How much was my FJR lowered?

Measure center-to-center on your stock dog-bones and compare that measurement with the Soupy's on bike now. Accounting for the linkage ratio (approx. 2:1), this will provide a decent approximation. ~G

Recent discussion here 'bigdog. Most any year will fit, some could require different hardware and (slight) modifications than others. Link I posted in other thread is confirmed fit. ~G

    Battery change problems 2015 1300ES

Murray, are you certain the pin centers are in to the detent? The center should only be depressed 2 - 3mm when they're loose. More than that (IIRC) the pins tighten up again until centers are pushed through. The two (missing) black panel screws are at the left and right edges of the instrument...

    Battery change problems 2015 1300ES

Hey Murray...remove four (4) black screws, both headlight adjusters and the two push pins you reference. To remove push pins, push in center to detent, and then use fingernail or small flat screwdriver to carefully remove pin body. Grab the panel by both ears and pull straight back. It'll...

    Yosh Exhaust, need input

I have a set of the GYTR Yosh slip on's on my FJR. Same as yours. With the baffles, I enjoy the sound. Not noisy, but a nice deeper tone than stock. Sound fantastic when you wind it up! I have not tried them w/o inserts as I don't like too much noise. They are a very nice slip on. I'd buy a...

    Hand Guards for 2022

Yes, they come as a set with hardware included for both sides. As we've posted, these fit well but you do need to slightly enlarge hard guard to fit OE bar weight, add a thin washer on throttle side and while not necessary, I added a short spacer on RH pivot. ~G
