I know the city from the hint but I’m not sure of the state. I’m pretty sure it’s not the one 20 miles from my house, but it might be the one a couple states over which I’ve been through a couple times. Not guessing due to travel. 

I don’t see where anyone guessed your first one, which was the Devil Boat in Arco Idaho. Interesting story.  I’m on vacation (without a motorcycle🙁) so no access to pics. So it’s cool you did a second one. 

I have also not been here but I recognize the art (?) piece from research on my 2019 trip. We almost went to this area, but it was one of the places we had to cut.  I'll give somebody else a chance who may have actually been there, but I'll guess it in a few days if not.
