I've got a co-worker that lives there and we're going to do some riding in his back yard for a couple of days.

I'm planning a trip to Greenville SC in about a month. My first priority is making good time but I really hate the idea of superslab the entire way. I'm thinking about 600-700 miles the first day and then a lighter 2nd day. Does anyone have any suggestions that might fit the bill?

I got an email about them chaning to a private club. I wish them lots of luck but for the stop every couple of months I can't see justifying a membership. Hope it works out for them.

Well a good time was had by one. :D I took backroads up towards Paris then across towards Bonham before heading home. Wasn't a very long ride, but just enough to get a good layer of bugs over the bike and my helmet.

Sounds like a great way to spend a weekend. Any pics?

Bobby, thanks for the warning. I'm looking at a trip down there about the 3rd weekend in November so I'll check back closer to that date to see if the forest rats are still bad.
