How far would you ride to grab lunch round trip?

Went a couple of Saturdays ago to Sulphur, OK for a hamburger with friends. 684 miles round trip. And it was hotter than Hell on the way home. Now that summer is officially here I can't wait for the warmer weather.

Careful what you ask Santa for.

With the trunk, custom seat, and extra gas on the fork looks like you are gearing up for an SS1000.

Riding tutorial on how not to get shot in Plano, TX

That is one STUPID SOB riding the bike. "I ain't scared of no gun." He probably won't last much longer on two wheels. Darwin is alive and well.

Bike won't start, clicks very fast

AGM is all I will use. I've had too good luck. My 08 battery lasted 7 years. My 2014 just went on battery #2. Yuasa's. Hit some cold weather with the lithium and you probably push start.

FZ-1 Mirrors: Need photos of before or after or helpful descriptive comparisons

Get the FZ1 mirrors so when the A hole with bright lights comes up from behind you can't block him out with your elbows like the stock mirrors allow you to do. Stay with stock.

Installing Mc Cruise on 2012 FJR

I installed one on a Honda ST1300 and it took me about three evenings after work. Took my time and it was a fairly simple process. These guys must have the best installation instructions for anything I ever added to any vehicle. All plug and play. Zero hacking of the OEM wiring harness. Run...

Trying to select an FJR Model

Rolliefree if you are a wrench you will find any model FJR probably the easiest bike to maintain ever. Air and oil filter changes are a snap. The battery is in a unique location but considering you only change it every 6 to 8 years it's no big deal. Wheels come off like motorcycle wheels...

    Hello!

I own an FJR and newer model Goldwing. Both great bikes. More gadgets on the Wing and a great ride. FJR will be more budget friendly. Wing is more comfy getting to the twisties. FJR is more fun when you get to the twisties. FJR is just as capable for long days in the saddle as the Wing...

    Getting back into bikes

I have owned both the bikes you mention. The FJR is now in the stable. ST is a great bike but long abandoned by Honda. It does have a great forum support to keep them running. The two things I did not like about the ST is it put mondo heat on the left leg. ST has a secondary master cylinder...

    Slip-on Exhaust for 2006 FJR

I have Staintunes and love them, without baffles. What I really like about them is you never have to repack, they are welded together instead of looking like a beer can held together with pop rivets on each end, and they have a dedicated mounting tang welded to the muffler versus the Home Depot...

Really like the Katana twin headlamps mid mounted. Impressive.
