    Garauld Accessory Catalog Showcase

I don't know about preventing subframe damage but my broken subframe was welded and reinforced with the Stiffy Kit. Still laugh about the name.

I rode my new FJR home from the dealer today - Clunk/rattle!/lower fairing issue?

There should be a metal tab that supports both halves of the fairing. The metal tab is also used to support the fuel vapor charcoal canister on the California model. The dealer missed this. Even if you hit something the metal tab would still be there, albeit bent.

    ABS brake issues

Put the bike on the center stand and rotate the rear wheel. is there resistance, something scraping? Possibly the large metal washer was placed on the wrong side of the brake caliper bracket. Also, there is a spacer that goes between the abs backing plate and the wheel housing. Make sure that...

    Motorcycle Tip Over Winch

We used the Moto Winch on our Alaskan Tour up to the Salmon River. My friend lost it on a downhill section and the bike went over on the steep side. I recently bought a 2015 with the slipper clutch installed by the PO with receipts to verify the dealer install. Yes, downshifting from high rpm is noticeable in that tire skid is held to a minimum but lever pull seems about the same. I agree with others, if only 2nd gear is an issue probably...
