Yesterday I started having trouble down shifting. It would drop down to third gear, and thats it. I would get to the next stop and It would down shift to first OK. I have'nt had this happen before, any ideas?

All the screws were tight when I took the pump out but after looking the gasket over and putting it back on the pump I thought the gasket looked thin. I have ordered a new one.

What is the torque specs for the steering head nuts and the upper and lower fork clamps. Forks are at Traxxion being rebuilt,and while they are off I have greased the steering head bearings and need to make sure I get it all tightend up right when it all goes back together.
