I just got a set of NGK CR8EIX iridium plugs that came with the following tips already mounted on the plugs: I noticed that the OEM copper plugs don't have them installed. Should I remove these tips before I install the iridium plugs or it's ok to install them as is? TIA

Yamaha should have at list painted the side panels to differentiate it from the 2006 model. This is how mine looked like after I had that done. Much better in my opinion.
