I have both RDL and LAAM , I use the LAAM for daily and day rides and the RDL for multi days of 500+ per day. The LAAM has better leg reach for daily stop and go riding, RDL has better all day comfort.

You need to put extra epoxy around the break like a cast so its stronger.

Use 2 part epoxy and glue the tabs back on, a lot cheaper than getting a new W
