I have 1.1 springs in the forks and weigh 220 with gear and I can't seem to get my front sag. With a Penske rear shock, I've got a 37mm rear rider sag comfortably. In order words, without having to crank a bunch or preload in. To get a matching front sag, I'm out of line on the preload...
I finally settled on 22lbs. But to be honest, I'm not sure how accurate my torquing was as the spanner wrnech is at a 90 degree angle. Not sure, but either way, bike handles like a dream and tracks straight, so I'm happy.
